Shipping and Packing



PACKING
- CDs and Photobooks etc. will be packed in bubble wraps and sturdy carton boxes before shipping. Sturdy carton boxes are used to prevent minimum damages to the items during shipping.
- Soft and light items (depend on sizes and weight) will be packed in bubble wraps and envelopes before shipping.
- Posters will be rolled and packed in poster tube before shipping.
SHIPPING
- Items will be delivered to the customer after it reached us and it will take from 3 to 5 days to reach Malaysia
- Tracking number for Poslaju and NationWide will be sent to customers by email and phone after item(s) are shipped. 
- We shall not responsible for any losses or damages caused during shipping.
