How are shipping fees calculated? [for international buyer]
The shipping fee depends on the weight of the items. The heavier it is, the more expensive the shipping fee will be. However, it is always recommended to bulk buy as in the end, it will be cheaper overall.
How long it takes for my album to reach to me?
If there is no problem, it only take 6~8 days [Korean version] 13~15 days [Japan version]
Why does the album sold in Kpopville is cheap but merchandises are quite expensive?
Most of the merchandise we sell are taken from the company [YG, CUBE & LOEN], a lot of processes that need to be done before the goods are shipped to Malaysia and that is why the goods is quite expensive.
How to send 'Wang Pos'?
You go to the post office and ask the staff there that you want to purchase Wang Pos. Tell them how much you want. You will also be charged for the service so bring extra money. Place in an envelope and send it to us. We will give you our address in the order confirmation email. [We will not process your order in Korea until we receive your payment]
